Oh my gawd this was such an amazing interview!!! You could easily do a special episode sharing the different perspective of the women that make Greys what it is. The behind the scenes!!! Thank you btw for being part of my family for so many years

The legacy of greys will be not hearing how to save a life or chasing cars the same again It will also be so many young fresh surgeons And it will be making us cry...with death and despair ...having our favourite characters ripped apart from under our feet

It is hard to pick one episode but I think if I had to, my favorite episodes (2 parter) was the Stephanie fire plot. I absolutely love Stephanie's Character and the actress is gorgeous. I don't know Jerrika Hinton's story as to if she wanted to leave or what but I wish they would find a way to either have her come back for a visit or something so we can see that she is healing well or at least mention her. Last we heard she was in a burn center in Texas.

The new episode in season 17, calling out owen for racism is one of the good ones. Another good one is the episode discussing sexual assualt. That one is so powerful

I love these women. I love this show for many reasons explained today. It's not all about the drama. It's about supporting a diverse show that gives you literal therapy through watching. It's my dream to meet at least one of these women. OVERALL ICONIC

Grey's Anatomy has always been a comfort show to me. It saw me through heartbreak, career changes, and single life and a change of nationality and transition to being married. In 2014, I was rushed to the hospital with full congestive heart failure. I could barely breathe, I needed a quadruple bypass. One of the first cardio-thoracic doctors to assess me was a young, Chinese-American doctor. She came to my bedside when I quite groggy with all the stuff they do after admission, and got right down to examining me, no frills and as she started she said; "I'm doctor Yang." I looked at her, with her slightly curly shoulder length hair, and her very Sandra-Ohish features, and her Christina Yang bedside manner and said "Oh, you are not." Dr. Annie Yang, she could be Christina's twin. I will never forget her. She had never seen the series, she was baffled at my comment and a little offended. The nurses had to explain it to her later. It was a surreal moment and one that weirdly, I will always cherish because at that moment, with this no-nonsense, Dr. Yang, checking my arteries and palpating my abdomen, I knew everything was going to be alright. Thanks Grey's Anatomy, if you choose to end the show this season, I will be really sad, but always grateful.

I really can't pick, I love them all because in a way they all got the characters to where they are now, similar to life. I can't pick the best day because they all mean something in the end. What I can say is that I'm so proud of the show bringing to light real world issues and not holding back!!! I personally think the last episode was emotionally the worst for me especially because of Covid-19 and this is happening now. I know its a show but what Chandra had to go through was awful and all I wanted to do was hug her, once again I know its not real but the emotions is real and my thoughts go out to anyone and everyone that has gone through this or is going through this....

My favorite episodes wlda been season 15, 16, 17 Arizona’s storyline with Carina. Oh wait, Krista Vernoff publicly humiliated JCAP and fired her. She is hideous and not an ally to the lesbian community. Oh, she was there when they created Arizona. Big fucking deal if she was just gonna show the world that lesbian stories weren’t on Grey’s agenda anymore. I loathe Vernoff and the show is awful. I wish she wlda stayed gone.

It wasn't that Shonda put different kinds of people on TV again, it was the way she did it. You'd have gay parents on the show and the show wasn't about the struggles of "gay" parents, it was about the struggle of PARENTS who have a child in the hospital. She would put an interracial couple on the show and it wasn't about their relationship it was about whatever medical situation they were dealing with. Growing up, we used to watch shows and all of a sudden there would be what we would call the extra special black episode where all of a sudden there would be a show where all the guest stars were black and the entire show would be about so-called "black" issues as if that was the only thing to discuss. People loved Cosby and A Different World because they showed black people being people. Shonda took it to the next level.

Bailey's heart attack episode is the reason why my mom is still alive. She had no idea that women's heart attacks felt differently than what all the literature we read growing up says. My mom was able to recognize the symptoms based on the episode and was able to get to the hospital in time.

i know this has not been a topic of the conversation, however i always see comments about this so i wanted to express my opinion on it: i honestly love so much the fact that they do so many mini crossover all the time, it makes it feel like it is actually real in the sense that the characters and the places are the same in many way and it would be such a waste not to unite them. i love that it is not a one episode and than never again or maybe in a few years type of situation.. it is kinda like the ncis world, law and order’s or the chicago world or tvd’s or the marvel cinematic universe (including both movies and tv series) or many others. i get that people might not want to watch other shows and it is perfectly fine because you can easily understand every plot even without watching the spin-off, but i personally think that not watching the (private practice too) is a waste of potential, because first of all spin-offs (and web series! do not forget them!) are in the same world so why ignoring them? but mostly because they are SO well done and entertaining and beautifully played

the only thing I'm curious about is all of this PPE being used for a TV show!!! Are they reusing it for every episode like the actual healthcare workers are? I just feel like its a waste to use it for a TV show when it's so scarce in hospitals around the world!

I love how Shonda portrayed the women in this show. She doesn't portray them as weak, she portrays them as strong, strong mothers, creative, and so on. Like when Kepner gave birth on a kitchen table with no pain killers or anything like that's amazing. From season 1 to season 16 she has done a good job with how she portrays women. Thats amazing.

But they missed the chance to tell the "other" medical workers story... We don't have doctors buying and providing ppe that's supply chains job and its hard and we try very hard everyday.....and how about the housekeeping, dietary, facility, and security workers ... We are the invisible workers it would have been nice to be acknowledged..
